THECO and Trexel, Inc. have entered into a formal partnership that aims to harness the collective strengths of both entities in the Electric Vehicle automotive sector. THECO is establishing an Advanced Pilot-Scale Production Innovation Center in Suzhou, China. This includes multiple advanced work cells with various molding machines and technologies including the MuCell® technologies. Both companies will jointly develop new solutions for the industry by leveraging Trexel’s expertise in physical foaming technologies and design optimization for physical foaming. 

THECO holds a lead position in research and development of cutting-edge manufacturing practices within the New Energy Vehicle (NEV) industry in China. This strategic focus aims to accelerate China’s NEV initiative, emphasizing state-of-the-art solutions tailored specifically for lightweight design and world-leading performance.  Trexel’s MuCell® Technology and its expertise in global application will help THECO and the NEV industry in lightweighting and higher product quality. 

THECO is an engineering and consulting company offering T0 mass production through the integration of advanced digital platforms and tools, including mold design, mold filling analysis, mold intelligent manufacturing platform, and injection molding intelligent system.
